Choose how much light you want to use - switch between 1, 2, 3, or 4 in order to get the exact amount that you need - and conserve your power consumption appropriately. This is especially convenient when you're using batteries while on the go!
If you prefer not to use batteries, plug in the included AC adaptor with its convenient, extra-long power cord.
If all 4 bulbs are being used, alkaline batteries will still give you up to 10 hours of continuous use. If you're using only one, you can expect 40 hours.
