If you call, you'll sometimes reach Ian Bullen, owner of this company. I particularly enjoy this part of the job. Much of the time these days, however, I'm working with over 50 distributors we have around the globe, and preparing conferences, advertising, and fussing with general business development. We hear from music directors who have changed choirs and are ordering again; from choir managers topping up their folders as the choir grows; and from the various friends I've met at conferences or at concerts I've performed in during the last decade in over 18 countries.

I do believe this folder is the best choral folder available and I'm constantly trying to see if it can be further improved. Even small details that most people would not notice - such as double-headed rivets that look and perform better - are incorporated in the latest versions of the folders to make 'the best' still better.
