U.S. shipping and handling
costs are listed below.
Nota Bene: Honestly, I don't know why you are looking at this page if you are from USA and shipping to USA, because the US is such a large and unique market that it has its own web site specifically in US dollars for shipments to USA only. On the home page, then at top left of every one of our pages it says "choose your location" and you should click "USA" there to have everything priced and billed in USD, so you don't have to fuss with currency conversion. Besides, people often forget that if a currency is changed, credit cards don't give you the bank rate; the credit card companies always earn more. However, we have left the capability here for folks to ship to USA and pay Canadian dollar amounts if they really want to!
Note that the these Canadian dollar prices for folders
shipped from the Vancouver manufacturing and distribution center
are the same to all countries. Also note that your invoice will
be drawn up in Canadian dollars; your credit card's bank will
convert to your usual currency.
The OANDA web site is a good source to estimate currency exchange rates. Your bank will apply their own rates however, based on the terms of your credit card agreement.
To the U.S.A. -
Shipping and Handling charges
Costs are in Canadian dollars, for orders to destinations within
the continental U.S.A.; AK, HI and PR need to use Express (1-3 business days) as no ground courier is able to be offered:
| Method: |
Formula: |
Economy Express
(5-9 business days) |
$9.95 CAD + $0.80
per folder |
EXPRESS
(1-3 business days) |
$19.95 CAD + $2
per folder |
Example:
If you order 30 folders, shipped anywhere in the USA by Economy Express
(5-9 business days), your S/H charges will be:
$9.95 plus ($0.80 x 30 folders) = $33.95 Canadian dollars.
To estimate US/CAD dollar exchange visit
OANDA - currency converter and choose From CAD To USD.
You may use VISA,
MasterCard or American Express, though the bank that issued your
card will set its own exchange rate. This rate (it's about 2%
over the inter-BANK rate) is usually better than the US dollar
cheque or money order options below, so you generally come out
ahead using credit card, with a small savings and immediate order
processing.
*See the Frequently
Asked Questions section for more details on exchange.
