Note: Visa / Visa debit and MasterCard / debit MasterCard are accepted when you buy music folders online for fastest possible order processing. Other options include purchase orders and cheque payment (but the paper trail with faxed confirmations will add some time).
Music Folder Prices
General Information
Discounts apply to volume orders on our music folders and most of our music accessories. Discounts are per-item so you must have a quantity of 15 of an item before you will see the shopping cart reflect the appropriate discount.
- A 4% discount applies to items at quantity 15-34.
- A 6% discount applies to items at quantity 35-49.
- A 8% discount applies to items at quantity 50-74.
- A 10% discount applies to items at quantity 75-124.
- An 11% discount applies to items at quantity 125-199.
- A 12% discount applies to items at quantity 200 and higher.
You can (and should) add items to the shopping cart to obtain prices and to determine your savings. The cart will also calculate your shipping to the penny for various shipping service levels. You are welcome to contact us for help or with questions about prices on our music folders.
Shipping and Handling
General Notes
Over fifteen tons of choir folders are shipped world-wide every year, and excellent shipping rates are available to you based on that volume. The shippers chosen give you best value.
You will receive superb customer service. Special shipping arrangements can be made, to the point of driving urgent shipments to the airport as late as 6 PM EST for delivery the next morning in Canada or continental USA. Payment by credit card allows orders that are typically packaged and in transit to you within 1 business day for Ground shipments, and 1 business day for Air shipments. Note that customizing folders with imprinting or logos typically adds 1 to 6 business days. On really busy days we send up to fifty orders out, each can be from one folder to 1000+ folders, so a little realism is needed w.r.t. our mid-afternoon courier pickup if you're phoning for a Ground-shipped order later in the day. Our target is to get all orders (even up to 1 PM Eastern time) out for shipping the same day, when not needing to go in the imprinting queue for customization. On a peak season Monday after 3 nights of weekend orders that's a challenge.
However, we've streamlined our systems with pre-configured ready-to-go music folders in the most popular configurations, ready to pick-and-pack, and people are pretty impressed (and sometimes shocked) at how fast we process orders. We like it and plan to continue that way. Ask around! There's no "4-to-6-weeks" nonsense here.
Your courier shipments can be tracked over the Internet as your order is en route to you. A tracking number is automatically emailed to you with Ground and Air shipments when sent by UPS, with tracking data available on the evening of the day your shipment departs.
United States
Note that Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may use Air shipping only. We're in the Pacific North-West, so you can guesstimate that if you're ordering from Florida, ground shipping will be a full 9 business days, and if you're on the West Coast, it'll be the lower end of the shipping in-transit time.

UPS 'suspends' its ground shipping time commitment every year near Christmas, but still maintains it on Air shipments. December 10 (in 2012) is the last day to order and ship ground, expecting orders to arrive for Christmas. After date that we recommend Air shipping.
Example
If you order 35 folders, shipped anywhere in the USA (except Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico) by Ground (5-9 business days), your S/H charges will be: $8.15 plus ($0.90 x 30 folders) = $39.65 U.S. dollars; a little over a dollar per folder!
Save the environment, save money on shipping - we sometimes see dozens of orders coming in near September for the same university or school - it really makes a difference in shipping cost per folder even to ship two folders instead of one.
