This site was officially launched in March 2009, concurrent with the American Choral Director's Association National Convention celebrating their 50th year. It helps choirs to find the best times to rehearse, whether for:

• a regular weekly rehearsal,
• a dress rehearsal
• extra practice outside of regular rehearsal times,
• extra sectional practice, or
• small sub-group rehearsals.

It helps directors to manage their choirs with less stress by sending one email to their choir members with a link that allows an online poll on this web site, to determine when the greatest number of singers can attend suggested rehearsal times. The total number of singers available at each time is displayed, and even a breakdown by vocal section.

With this information compiled automatically, the rehearsal organizer will know, without any doubt, the best possible times for rehearsal.
